OHMYGAWD SHE IS SCREWED.

well, when i called her and told her what i did and asked about the situation now, she totally dint know wad she was talking about. rmb i said i breached the contract by going home because of the pain and not producing an mc. she actually answered otherwise when i said presume i dont have to go to work anymore next week. meaning, from wad the contract says, it is effective until 18may and i have to work out the full term. and that they cannot decide whether to forfeit 50% of my total pay or 100% of my total pay. HELLO. ISNT THE CONTRACT BREACHED ALREADY BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A VALID MC? ISNT IT BROKEN, THATS WHY I DONT HAVE THE FULL PAY? WHY do i have to work some more when the contract is no more in effect.why would i WILLINGLY SELL TISSUE IF IM NOT GETTING PAID, even for the past 44 hours i worked. i told her IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE. she replied: " you signed the contract and it is effective until the end of next week, thats why IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE" -_______________________- are you even listening to me or going to consider using your miserable amount of grey matter. she also said i actually displayed misconduct for leaving without telling them beforehand. and that they dont know what time i left, they only knew i wasnt there when someone went down to check.like i dint tell them that i was in pain already. anyway, i told her that i already got the supervisor to sign before i left, she can attest for me, and that if the supervisor's signature and the employee's word dint matter why bother even getting us to go through all the trouble to get the supervisors to sign everytime we go off or come back. she said: "THAT IS ONLY TO KNOW WHAT TIME YOU LEAVE." DUH,PRECISELY. if i could roll my eyes so vigorously it could reach her all the way on the other end of the phone, that would have been a perfect time. anyway, because she is so lousy, she said she'ld get to her manager and call me back after that. that was around 3.30pm. its well past office hours now, and still no reply. im mentally well prepared to not receive any pay already, at the state it is going. i'll just take it as large wasted amounts of time, and since i dint get an mc anyway no monetary loss. there goes my 200+ bucks man.
